Unlike adult obesity, which is often managed through clinical or pharmacological interventions, early-life obesity prevention and treatment must emphasize sustainable lifestyle changes supported by families, schools and communities. Early intervention is critical, as habits formed during childhood often persist into adulthood, shaping lifelong health trajectories.
